Individual Session

$135

  • Individual Sessions are approximately 50-55 minutes in length

  • Reduced fee sessions are available to clients on a limited basis and based on financial need. I utilize Open Path Collective, a non-profit that helps connect clients in need of reduced fees to therapists in their area. Please visit my Open Path profile here or reach out to me directly to learn more about qualifying for reduced fee services.

Couples or Family Session

$185

  • I am not currently accepting new clients for couples or family therapy. Couples and Family sessions are offered to existing clients only and are approximately 60 minutes in length.

  • If a client would benefit from long term couples or family therapy, I am able to provide referrals for appropriate resources based on the specific needs of the client.

Insurance

    Please reach out to me directly so that we may determine if I am in network with your specific plan and what your coverage and costs will be for services.

  • Out of Network Benefits

    If I am not in network with your plan, you may be able to submit for reimbursement through your insurance company utilizing out of network benefits. Upon request, I will provide you with a receipt for services (superbill), which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. If you wish to explore this option, you are responsible for contacting your insurance company directly to find out if you have out of network benefits and what services are covered. The following questions are often helpful when discussing out of network benefits with insurance companies:

  • Do I have out of network benefits for mental health?

  • What services are covered?

  • What is my deductible, and what is my reimbursement percentage once my deductible has been met?

  • Please note the following regarding utilizing insurance benefits:

  • Insurance policies vary widely. Some plans may only allow for a certain number of sessions or for certain mental health conditions to be covered under your specific plan.

  • Disclosing information to a third party, such as an insurance company, comes with increased risk to your privacy.

  • Insurance companies require a diagnosis for treatment, which becomes a part of your medical record.

Cancellation Policy

The Center for Transformation and Renewal has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Late cancels, late reschedules (less than 24 full hours in advance) and no show appointments will be responsible for paying a $100 no show/ late cancelation/ late reschedule fee. This applies to both self pay clients and clients utilizing insurance. Insurance does not cover fees for late cancels, late reschedules or missed appointments.
