Hello, I’m Brittany Hopkins, a licensed therapist providing in-person therapy in Atlanta, GA, and virtual sessions throughout Georgia and Florida.
I work with women who are struggling with anxiety, disordered eating, body image concerns, substance use, and feeling overwhelmed or out of control in their daily lives.
I also specialize in working with clients navigating type 1 diabetes. I have personal experience with this, and I understand the emotional, physical, and mental challenges that can come with managing a chronic illness while trying to keep up with daily life. My goal is to help you feel supported not just in managing diabetes, but in navigating the emotional weight that often comes with it.
I’m glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and it often comes with a lot of uncertainty. You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out.
If you’d like to learn more about working together, I’m happy to answer questions and help you understand what getting started would look like. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide if we’re a good fit. If it turns out I’m not the right fit, I can help connect you with other providers or resources that may better meet your needs.
You can reach me by email at brittany@ctrcounselingatl.com or by phone at (678) 218-5344.
I’m honored you’re considering therapy, and I look forward to connecting with you.
