I provide in person counseling sessions in Atlanta, GA as well as tele-health via virtual video sessions to clients located in Georgia and Florida. I specialize in individual therapy for adults (18+). I also provide couples and family sessions to assist existing individual therapy clients and their families, as needed. If a client would benefit from long term couples or family therapy, I am able to provide referrals for appropriate resources based on the specific needs of the client. My areas of specialty include working with individuals with the following presenting issues and concerns:

  • Women's Issues (Stress, Relationship Issues, Low Self Esteem/Self Worth, Feeling Inadequate, Balancing Multiple Roles, etc.)

  • Life transitions (young adulthood, starting a new career, divorce, new parenthood, etc.)

  • Substance use disorders and recovery (alcohol and other drugs)

  • Eating disorders and recovery (Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and Binge Eating Disorder)

  • Disordered eating (unhealthy eating patterns which may include skipping meals, excessive and restrictive dieting, and compulsive over eating, etc.)

  • Body image concerns (negative perception of weight, shape or appearance which may negatively impact other areas of one's life)
